Activity Refund Policy

You may cancel free of charge if you request cancellation within 1 hour of payment. After that, the xCREW refund policy applies immediately. If you pay within 7 days of the activity start date, please make your payment carefully. - Cancellation 7 or more days before the activity starts: full refund - Cancellation 2–6 days before the activity starts: 50% of the paid amount refunded - Cancellation 1 day before the activity starts: 20% of the paid amount refunded - Cancellation on or after the activity start date, or no-show on the day: no refund ※ In case of rain: cancellations due to the participant's choice follow the refund policy. L If the crew decides to cancel on the day of the event, a 100% rain-cancellation refund is processed. L For weekend rain cancellations, the refund is scheduled for the following weekday. *Outdoor programs are cancelled due to rain if there is 10 mm or more of rainfall per hour during the program.

Click the activity details button you want to cancel - Cancel ※ Refund will be processed based on payment method ★ If you wish to cancel more than 6 days before the program starts, please contact xCREW(1566-3299) or Kakao Plus Friend(https://url.kr/5jzx7e). ※ For multi-session activities, refunds are not available if more than 50% of the schedule has been completed. ※ For multi-session activities, 80% of the remaining sessions (based on regular price) will be refunded. [80% refund of regular price * (sessions attended / total sessions)] ※ Multi-session activities cannot be paused. ★ Refunds follow the above policy, but if specific refund terms are listed on the product page, those terms apply. - Individual insurance is not included in the activity fee. Insurance is recommended for programs with potential risks. ★ Insurance follows the above policy, but if specific insurance terms are listed on the product page, those terms apply.
