Did you know that 70% of the Earth is ocean? Aren't you curious about the world that unfolds within it? Hello! This is Freedive Hara. At Freedive Hara, we are led by two instructors, Hara & Kang, who are both freedivers and EFR (Emergency First Aid) instructors. Hara & Kang Instructor Certifications: PADI, AFIA FREEDIVER INSTRUTOR, EFR INSTRUTOR, Care for Children w/AED INSTRUTOR. We recommend this to those who want to escape the boredom and stress of daily life and spend time just for themselves. We also became instructors because we couldn't get enough of the charm of freediving through this new experience. If you want a unique date experience or to explore the beautiful underwater world, give it a try right now! Even those who are afraid of water or cannot swim at all can learn happily according to their individual needs. You don't have to travel far to the ocean; you can enjoy water activities more safely and comfortably at a nearby diving pool and preserve unforgettable memories through underwater photography. Q1. Can I do this even if I don't know how to swim? Of course! It is possible even if you don't know how to swim at all. While swimming can be helpful, freediving is actually closer to a mental sport, so swimming ability is not essential. Q2. What is the difference between freediving and scuba diving? Freediving is a mental sport performed using only your own breath without any special equipment, whereas scuba diving is a recreational sport that relies on separate devices such as air tanks. Q3. Do my ears hurt a lot when I get in the water? _ We will teach you how to equalize (pressure equalization). If you do it beforehand, before you feel any pain, it won't hurt. Q4. Where do I do freediving? _ It is possible anywhere with water up to a depth of 5m (Basic level), but we conduct it in a safer and warmer diving pool. Q5. What supplies are needed? _ Swimsuit, rash guard, swim cap, towel, toiletries (Masks, snorkels, fins, and wetsuits are available for rent). If you haven't been able to learn to swim due to a fear of water but want to enjoy water activities to your heart's content, give it a try! Learn about freediving and try a unique hobby and an unusual date idea. Are you looking to capture fun videos with friends or your significant other? Are you planning a beach trip this summer? Do you want to master snorkeling? Or do you want to enjoy water activities even if you can't swim? Join us safely and have fun!
