From the administrative manager to all the instructors on the San Diego team, everyone holds rehabilitation specialist certifications.
Because our instructors have personally experimented with and researched muscle movement and understanding in their respective fields, such as dance, physical education, and physical therapy, the quality and focus of our classes differ from those conducted by instructors in the Pilates industry—which has low entry barriers—who rely solely on theoretical study.
1:1 individual, 2:1 duet, 4:1 small group, 8:1 large group.
Our team of expert instructors will provide professional, meticulous, and customized lessons!!

Activity Introduction
Short and intense in just 50 minutes!! Enjoy core exercises, weight training, and cardio all at once!! Refreshingly stretch every part of your body that feels stiff and achy, burn body fat, build deep muscle strength, and even correct your posture all at once!!

Barre enjoyed to music!! With the coaches' incredible energy, even beginners can quickly catch up!! Work out with energy, then come back to the cozy cafe to chat and enjoy brunch with Greek yogurt :)
