Introduction of the Crew Leader
I am Jin Byeong-jun, a trainer at Cheongnyeon Undongjang who has been operating 'Power Zone Nakseongdae Branch,' a specialized 1:1 PT studio, for 12 years.
I work as a trainer for a high school basketball team, responsible for physical fitness and injury recovery, and I run an indoor fitness program based on the Octathlon at 'Hirox'.
- 1997 Ski Instructor at Sajo Village, Suanbo
- 2014 – Present: SFG Kettlebell 1 & 2 Instructor
- 2018 ~ 2020 Member of Sokcho Running Crew and Physical Training Instructor
- 2019 - 22 Conducted 3 commissioned kettlebell training sessions for Fitness PM instructors
- 2023 ~ Present: After-school coach (physical fitness teacher) for the Seoul Inheon High School basketball team
- July 2024: Conducted 4 weeks of small equipment exercises at Gangnam-gu Office Starlight Fitness

A 60-minute miracle to enjoy after work! A healing program that awakens your stiff body and mind all at once! Recognize your body's condition and relax your stiff neck, shoulders, pelvis, and spine! Finish off with meditation and breathing exercises!! Shall we exercise together for just 60 minutes after work?

This program starts at 21:00 and ends at 22:00 every Monday and Wednesday.
