Activity Refund Policy

You may cancel free of charge if you request cancellation within 1 hour of payment. After that, the xCREW refund policy applies immediately. If you pay within 7 days of the activity start date, please make your payment carefully. - Cancellation 7 or more days before the activity starts: full refund - Cancellation 2–6 days before the activity starts: 50% of the paid amount refunded - Cancellation 1 day before the activity starts: 20% of the paid amount refunded - Cancellation on or after the activity start date, or no-show on the day: no refund ※ In case of rain: cancellations due to the participant's choice follow the refund policy. L If the crew decides to cancel on the day of the event, a 100% rain-cancellation refund is processed. L For weekend rain cancellations, the refund is scheduled for the following weekday. *Outdoor programs are cancelled due to rain if there is 10 mm or more of rainfall per hour during the program.
