Having lived in Seoul for over 30 years, I started running with Director Kwon Eun-ju's ARC (Asics Running Club). I have been running consistently for 9 years, having gone through NRC, AR, running clubs, as a running crew member, and on the management team.
I currently reside in Pyeongtaek and serve as the leader of PtRC, Pyeongtaek's representative running crew, which operates under the slogan "The Value of Togetherness." Based at Sosabeol Leisure Town, I lead a fitness lifestyle participating in regular runs and national competitions, including those in Seoul. If you have the will and wish to join, I welcome you from any region.
Exercising alone can be difficult and unpleasant, but it is enjoyable and provides solid motivation when done together. Therefore, I intend to serve as the leader of X-Crew.
