The concrete jungle can make even the slickest cosmopolitan weary at times. If you're overdue for a change in scenery during your time in Seoul, look no further than Seoul Forest! Following a recharging run through the Forest, we'll treat ourselves to a picnic, a chance for you to sit down and chat with some of the new friends you connected with during the run.

Activity Description
Seoul Forest was created to be a place where Seoul citizens could get away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life and escape to recharge. Often called the oasis within the city, towering trees with thick branches and leaves give the illusion of a remote forest, even with the subway station a ten minute walk away.
Take this opportunity to explore the forest with some fellow runners--all are welcome!

After this period, refund will be processed per xCREW’srefund policy as detailed below. Please be mindful of xCREW’sRefund Policy when making purchases within 7 days of an activity’s start date.
-Cancellation requested 7 days before activity start date: full refund
-Cancellation requested within 2-6 days of activity start date: 50% refund
-Cancellation requested 1 day before activity start date: 20% refund -Cancellation requested day of, fter, or no-show: 0% refund
* Cancellation due to inclement weather:
-Inclement weather cancellation requested day-of by xCREW member: 100% refund
-Inclement weather cancellation of weekend outdoor activities by xCREW: full refund will be ocessed the immediate following business day
*In the case of outdoor activities: should there be >10mm of rainfall by the start of event, xCREWwill automatically cancel the event.
* In principle, most xCREW activities will follow the above Activity Insurance Policy.
Should insurance be included with an activity, specific details regarding policy guidelines will be outlined in the activity page.
