Hi my name is Isaiah, I’m from the USA and I have just recently moved to Seoul last month from Daegu. I enjoy being active and moving because “a healthy life is a happy life.” Running for me is a form of mediation that allows me to prepare/digest my day. “Movement is Medicine” for the body and mind, and allows you the opportunity to connect with yourself and others.
